Dawn Renee RHODES Obituary (2025)

Dawn Renee Rhodes, born February 20th, 1969, passed away peacefully on February 6th, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and compassion that touched everyone she met. She was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, aunt and friend. Whose presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Dawn was a loyal and loving sister to Kevin, Mary, and Micheal and a devoted mother to her beloved daughter, Hallie. At various points in their lives, Kevin, Mary, and Micheal all lived with Dawn, a testament to her unwavering love and support for her family. Her guidance, encouragement, and selflessness shaped the lives of those around her. She was a mother figure for so many. Dawn spent much of her life working at the Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment in Wenatchee, where her warm spirit and caring nature made her a beloved figure among patients and coworkers alike. She had an extraordinary ability to connect with people, leaving a lasting impression on everyone she met. Her kindness, generosity, and authenticity were unmatched, and she had a way of making others feel seen, heard, and valued. Dawn's family and friends are left to cherish her memory. She is survived by her Daughter Hallie, Sister Mary, her brothers Kevin and Micheal, her Nephew Daxton, Niece Destynie, along with her Uncle Walt and Aunt Cathe. She is predeceased by her mother Linda Gail Bisson, her father Ernest E. Rhodes, and her Uncle Jerry. Though Dawn is no longer with us, her love and light will continue to guide her family and friends in the days to come. Dawn's passing leaves a void that cannot be filled, but the love she gave and the positive impact she had on everyone around her will never be forgotten. She will be missed more than words can express, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Dawn's family would like to voice their sincere gratitude for all of her care teams at Confluence Health - Mares Campus, Confluence Health Hospital, and University of Washington Medical Center - Montlake. Their kindness, compassion, and hard work have not gone unnoticed or unappreciated. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 1:00pm at Brookside Funeral Home, 201 N. Mission St, Wenatchee, WA 98801. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Pink Fund, which supports metastatic breast cancer patients in paying for household bills, such as rent, mortgage, utilities, transportation, and insurance.
